Can I get Enamel Pin Oem Manufacture samples?

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we do have a catalog. Don’t hesitate to contact us to ask us to send you one. But remember that KINGTAI is specialized in providing customized products. Another option is to visit us during one of our exhibition Shows.

What guarantee do I have that assures me I will get my order from you since I have to pay in advance? What happens if the Enamel Pin OEM Manufacture you shipped are wrong or poorly made?

How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.

Why can’t stainless steel be plated?

As general rule, it is that only Brass, Copper, Iron, Zinc alloy can be plated in our facilities.

Is it possible to have 2 plating on the same item (Gold Nickel plating is all right?)?

Yes, “double plating” can be done. If you plan to make an order with such process.

You are factory or trading company?

We are factory direct sales.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for new order. Repeat order is 50pcs.

Can you provide sample before order?

Yes, of course. We can provide 3 pieces of sample free, but you need to pay freight cost.

What format of artwork should I provide?

No specific limit. PNG/JPG/PS/PDF are all fine, but AI is the best.

What is the lead time of production?

Usually sample lead time is 7-10 work days after receive confirmed drawing. Mass production lead time is 10-15 work days. If you need urgently, please advise us in advance.

How about your after-sales service?

If it is our miss that the goods received not in good condition, we will re-produce free for you. If it is your side miss that cause the defect, you need pay the re-production cost.

What’s the difference between hard and soft enamel pins?

The short answer is that soft enamel costs less. The paint is not level with the surface.

How long does my soft enamel pin order take?

Our enamel pin factory ships most orders in under three weeks. Rush order requests are welcome but we can’t ship any order in less than 10 working days. There are a couple of seasonal events which affect your ability to get pins in less than 4-6 weeks. (ie- Chinese Lunar New Year)

What are your artwork requirements?

We ask for vector art created by a program like Adobe Illustrator if possible. Otherwise we can work with any format your desire. For quoting purposes you can send us a JPG or PNG. We will vectorize any artwork free of charge. Alternatively we can design the pin for you, free of charge. We’ve been in this business for more than 20 years, so we’ll make sure your soft enamel pin design looks awesome as an enamel pin.

How much do soft enamel pins cost?

Pricing is different for hard enamel, soft enamel and metal finish.
